I've blogged about Abigail Brown a couple of times (here & here) & I'll keep on blogging till the whole world knows about her amazing handmade birds. I hope someday I will be able to purchase a peacock for myself (£500 pounds! Sob sob)
This Beijing home of furniture designer Gu Qi & his graphic designer girlfriend Mobai is the epitome of cool in my books. The use of wood & the abundant light & airiness of the space is my dream come true.

Recently I tried to talk Bobby the hubby into getting a home air filtration system as he's a smoker. But those dang air filtration systems are ugly. And big. And did I mention they're ugly? Yuck. So the next best thing is to get plants & these 10 plants are rated the best in filtering the nasties out of the air we breathe by removing 90% of formaldehyde, benzene and trichloroethylene within 24 hours. 24 hours! Here's a way to create large typographic art for your walls without creating holes & a mess. Tutorial via Curbly.
Ethereal art like Beth Emily's gets me every time. I sometimes wish I had my own little gallery so that I can feature & sell art prints like this.
Here's a little insight of how a bouquet is put together by fashion designer Peter Som. In the video he talks about his design philosophy too which I found interesting.

Majorly crushing on this art print of Oana Befort's original watercolour illustration simply titled Bouquet.

Now here's a craft I could get hooked on. I have a slight obsession with boxes & containers that my husband can verify. I think taking the DIY route might help my bank account too. Tutorial over at The Red Thread.
As I'm still fairly new to floral arranging, I still have tons to learn so I am grateful for every opportunity that comes my way. Thank you & congratulations Adzwan & Lynda! May you live happily ever after...
Gosh, 2013 is turning out to be a massively busy year for yours truly. Event styling, graphic designing, floral arranging, impromptu trips, a photo shoot… it's been crazy! I really miss blogging but I'm enjoying working & experiencing new things. How's your 2013 so far, dreamers?
Here are some pictures from my Instagram, have a look see!
I'm not one to make resolutions, much less stick to them but this year I thought I'd do just that & prove myself wrong. Some of my many resolutions is to declutter my house, stop buying unnecessary craft supplies & trinkets (which has created all the clutter to begin with), to be more careful with the people I let into my life & to keep a daily journal instead of my current haphazard version. How about you dreamers?
P/S: To help you welcome the new year, how about some awesome motivational art or the calendar above from locally based Neue Graphic? They're offering a 15% discount till this Friday with the code NOW2013 so grab some posters while you still can! Here are a few more of my favourites below…
Ahhh, how much I love Scandinavian design, let me count the ways. And this Scandinavian apartment is just perfection in my eyes. Especially that herringbone wooden flooring in the living room & bedroom and that light sea foam blue kitchen. Love!

Lookie at the shabby-chic home of Sandy from Paint Me White! The house it is a charming mix of vintage & a definite feminine touch. I really wish I could get away with this sort of decor in my own home but I don't think my husband, who's a man's man through & through, would appreciate it. Maybe I can get away with a small corner in our shared study room? Hehe.
Wow, it's been awhile since I shared a DIY craft project huh? This is one I found over at the Freepeople blog & thought you folks might like it as it's something that can be easily adapted for any season.
So inspiring. I love every little thing this team comes up with.
